In order to provide more flexibility, exhibitors have until July 31 to process the payment for their booths.
- Requests made until July 31: 40% of the amount paid for the booth is refunded and standard/ambassador tickets are converted into digital tickets. The digital presence of the exhibitors remains active (see digital items in exhibitors packages).
- Requests made after August 1: standard/ambassador tickets are converted into digital tickets. The digital presence of the exhibitors remains active (see digital items in exhibitors packages).
- For exhibitors booths purchased, 40% of the amount paid is refunded, and standard/ambassador tickets are converted into digital tickets. The digital presence of the exhibitors remains active (see digital items in exhibitors packages).
