The above ticket specifications may change due to organizational needs, without prior notice, and do not entitle to a refund or compensation of any kind.
Conditions and amounts for refunding the registration fee in the event of a cancellation request:
1. For Tickets purchased with discounts, vouchers, Early Birds campaigns, the amount paid is converted into a digital ticket and the difference between the amount paid and the value of the digital ticket (120€) is refunded to the participant (if the request is made until July 31) or only converted into a digital ticket (if the request is made after August 1).
2. For Standard and Ambassador Tickets, the amount paid is converted into a digital ticket and the difference between the amount paid and the value of the digital ticket (120€) is refunded to the attendee (if the request is made until July 31) or only converted into a digital ticket (if the request is made on or after August 1).
3. No refund is provided for the Digital Ticket.
